The cargo tracking system is Internet based and requires no special equipment, programs or training. Clients and their customers will obtain access through a Cargo Tracking link set up on their web page. If your company does not currently have a web site, options include accessing through TDS or contracting TDS to design a web site for you.

Once logged in users will have the ability to view screens that are designed to logically present all of the types of information found in a bill of lading, to edit and update shipments, and run extensive reports. The cargo tracking system will allow you to search by means of ten different search criteria. Users will generally track shipments by bill of lading number, but can also search by Shipper, Carrier, Consignee, date etc.

TDS will manage the information exchange that transfers the data into the cargo tracking system. This eliminates the need for double entry of data. We will also handle details including initial setup, training, instruction and technical support.
